Born in Paris, lulled by the poetic aestheticism of Saint Germain des Près where he wandered as a child, Christian Peter was plunged into the lively artistic movements of the end of the twentieth century, producing an overview infused in a dense, multidisciplinary work, using photography as his tool where he might have opted for sculpture, painting or illustration - a means of expression that he has used throughout his creative path, from the outset dedicated to femininity in its most divine sense, devoted to nudes and often totally exposed.
