Pierre Estable

Pierre Estable was born in Paris in 1960 where he lives and works today.
Enter the Applied Arts at the age of fifteen, he left the Fine Arts at twenty years old to emigrate to Australia where he came back several years later to study Arts at the Sorbonne.
His career in the cartoon has allowed him to work everywhere on the planet, to go abroad often emigrate several times and travel quite extensively in Australia and Asia,
to live in the desert, to learn Chinese and to draw constantly. He taught for twenty years.
His interest in drawing BDSM practices and Kinbaku in particular falls within the broader framework of an interest in drawing moving bodies (Kyudo, Tango, Hip-Hop, Cirque...)
and a broader approach seized the moment by a devennant drawing increasingly lively under the influence of the practice of Chinese writing brush.
